Social media book second edition

Working on another refresh of the Spannerworks What is Social Media? at the moment, so it's great to see the new edition of the Social Media white paper from antipodean PR guys Trevor Cook and Lee Hopkins.

This time it sensibly includes Second Life and microblogging platforms within its scope.

It's available as a free PDF and is well worth adding to your reference files.
