Hitwise says YouTube a growing source of traffic for political websites

As promised, Heather Hopkins has followed up on the post on Open last week ("US politics dominate 50% of top online videos")about the number of popular political videos on YouTube with some serious analysis of traffic between the video community and political websites.

The verdict: YouTube's highly connected, and growing more so, with political sites, with increasing traffic between the two in both the UK and US.
