Best of luck to the Press Gazette team

A sad article on Press Gazette online this morning says that while the trade title for journos is still in talks about future ownership today it is expected to go into administration today.

Last week, an outline proposal was sent by editor Ian Reeves to around 50 major journalism employers, setting out a structure of ownership which would allow the industry to collectively own the title, but ensure that its editorial integrity was not compromised. Several other companies have also come forward to express their interest in becoming involved.

Best of luck to the team there... hopefully a way forward will be found, but it's pretty hard on the nerves this sort of thing, to say the least.
