Mobile video goes straight to YouTube

This makes sense: YouTube has started allowing its members to upload mobile video straight from their phones.

As BusinessWeek's Heather Green rightly puts it:

Everyone keeps touting TV on the phones. But why stick with the passive applications? People use phones as totems of their lives. They want to capture their lives using them. This lets them do it.
