Birmingham inspires chorus of complaining

Poor PR teams.

Just as maybe they are figuring out how to keep an eye out for complaints on blogs  about their brands, now people are forming choirs, videoing songs of their gripes and posting them on YouTube for millions to see.

Birmingham council's PR team have just seen their efforts to renew the image of the city wiped out by this video which is attracting hundreds of thousands of views.  Superb... sing along to the "I want my money back" refrain...

Having lived in Birmingham I could probably add a verse or two to this ditty. Still I did meet my wife there, and the baltis are superb...
