Digg-esque marketing website
Yesterday I suggested in a comment on Drew B's blog that we should set up a Digg-a-like for marketing and PR stuff in the UK. Then I catch up with my feed from the Engagement Alliance and there's one right there, called Marktd.
I've often said that one just has to think of something useful that you'd like to find on the web and nine times out of ten, someone, somewhere is having a go at doing it, building it, saying it (if they're not its time to do some serious thinking about whether there is a you-shaped gap in the market).
Even with the US bias, Marktd's looking like a very useful feed to add to one's newsreader. Already today it's turned up a gem for me on Wikis, marketing and control - a trio of themes that I'm very much into mulling at length at the moment.
Want a UK one. With a PR / social media / online bias. Now...
OK. How about... now!
No?
Maybe it's a me / we shaped gap in the market. Who's with me?

Oh nice find. Subscribed.

we hope it will be global .. . and if you submitted to Marktd - you never know, you could bring that bias towards to a European one.

I've submitted my recent blog post. I've got two 'marks' (as opposed to diggs). Check me out! Although one of them was my own.
I do like it though.
