Guy Kawasaki on stroking bloggers

Kawasaki

First everyone thinks they're a journalist, then suddenly everyone's an expert on PR...

The mighty Guy Kawasaki has a post today that pronounces:

Blogging has flipped traditional PR on its head. It used to be that ink begat buzz....

...Nowadays buzz begets ink. Journalists no longer anticipate or create buzz--rather, they react to it: “Everyone is buzzing about FaceBook. There must be something to this, so I had better write a story about it.” This role reversal has fried people's minds.

Not Trevor Butterworth's mind, but any how..

He then goes on to give us one of his famous lists, this time on how to "suck up to bloggers". All good stuff, especially the one about stroking them... they rarely bite. ;-)
